Orders shipped within the continental United States typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days, varying based on the delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional 2 to 3 days for delivery.

First Class Mail orders will be processed within 24-72 hours, excluding weekends or holidays. Once shipped from our location, delivery within the continental United States typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on the delivery location. For instance, orders shipped to California may arrive in 3 to 5 business days, while those shipped to certain East Coast states may take closer to 5 or 6 business days. All rates for first-class mail delivery are determined in real time by the United States Postal Service (USPS.com) and are displayed during the checkout process. We do not impose surcharges on the live USPS shipping rate. It’s essential for all orders to have a valid street address verified by USPS for successful delivery.

PRIORITY MAIL:

Priority Mail orders will be processed within 24-72 hours, excluding weekends or holidays. Once shipped from our location, delivery within the continental United States typically takes 1-3 business days. Orders shipped within the continental United States should arrive within 2 to 3 business days, with the possibility of earlier arrival in California. It’s essential for all orders to have a valid street address verified by USPS for successful delivery.

SHIPPING RATES:

All domestic shipping rates are automatically generated by USPS.com and may vary depending on the location. For international orders, we utilize FedEx International delivery service, which incurs a flat fee based on the specific country location. You will have the opportunity to review the shipping rates before finalizing your order and completing the payment process.

Product Return/Exchange and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Please review the following policies regarding product returns, exchanges, and refunds carefully:

  • Return Policy: You have the option to return unopened products (or items with a reasonable amount of unused product) in their original packaging within 60 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. Only items that are unopened or minimally used and are in their original packaging are eligible for a refund. If you have any inquiries regarding whether your opened product qualifies for return or refund, please reach out to a customer service representative at [email protected], and we will gladly assist you.
  • Return Processing: To initiate a product return, you must contact us by CLICKING HERE and submitting a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. If the item is damaged or defective, we may require you to email us pictures of the damaged or defective merchandise before issuing an RMA number. For returns involving promotional items, all items included in the promotion (free gift, etc.) must be returned. Failure to return a promotional item included in the original transaction will result in the deduction of the promotional item’s value from the refund amount. You will be responsible for shipping charges for non-defective returns, as shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, you must report the issue to customer service within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and exchanges are only permitted for the exact item purchased, unless the item is no longer available. If a defective item is returned and exhibits signs of being dropped or physically damaged, which is determined to be the cause of the defect, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
  • Exchange Policy: You have the option to expedite an exchange by placing a new order for the desired item and returning the unwanted merchandise. To expedite the exchange process, please proceed with placing the new order and provide the new invoice number to the customer service agent assigned to your original claim. Please note that the new order will be at your expense. Once the unwanted item(s) have been returned to us, we will issue a refund for the item(s) accordingly. Prior to placing your new order, we recommend consulting with your customer service agent for guidance.
How to request a Return/Exchange/Refund:
  1. Begin the return process by contacting our customer service through the Contact Us page by CLICKING HERE to verify the availability of returning your item. Our dedicated agent will respond with further instructions.

  2. Repackage the item ensuring that all original parts, packing materials, instructions, etc., are included. It is important to repackage the item carefully to avoid refusal of the return. Please note that the item must be returned unused and undamaged to qualify for a refund.

  3. Use appropriate packaging such as padded envelopes or boxes. Please refrain from sending items back in a regular envelope as it may lead to loss or damage during transit. USPS offers free padded envelopes or boxes for Flat Rate Priority Mail shipments.

  4. Inside the package, include a copy of the original Packing List and clearly indicate whether you would like a refund or a replacement item.

  5. If the return is due to a defect, you will be provided with a pre-paid return label. For non-defective returns, you will receive the return address via email from our agent.

  6. Once the returned item is received and inspected to ensure satisfactory condition, a refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

  7. Please note that while refunds typically take up to 5 business days to completely process after initiation, this may vary depending on your financial institution’s policies.
